We know that we do not always meet some people’s expectations, but we do always try… We have off days, the dough isn’t working—who knows why, the sauce is too thin, cheese is—well it isn’t always the same… Wisconsin cows vs Idaho cows I guess… the weather, believe it or not is sometimes our worst enemy, it changes how the pizzas cook and the ovens have different hot spots every day… above it all we are just plain human, so things seemingly in our control ca n go sideways…
In spite of all that, we make great pizzas every day and our customers have given us a compliment and awarded us the “Best of Vancouver” honor for the last 10 years in a row. So… Thanks… but don’t forget… It’s just pizza!
